Dr. Luis Lima Vargas

Dr. Luis Lima Vargas  studied medicine at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD), graduating in 1995. He obtained the specialty of General Surgeon at the Ramón de Lara FAD Military Hospital, and at the "Dr. Carlos Arvelo" Military Hospital (Caracas, Venezuela) he obtained the title of Plastic, Reconstructive, Aesthetic, and Maxillofacial Surgeon.

He completed a postgraduate rotation at the Jalisciense Institute of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery "Dr. Guerrerosantos" in the city of Guadalajara, Mexico. 

He has taken various courses in the field of health, aesthetics, and body reconstruction. His work experience is extensive, including the following: during his residency training, he was Chief Resident at the Dr. Ramón de Lara Military Hospital in the Dominican Republic.

He is currently the director of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the F.A.D. Military Hospital, Dr. Ramón De Lara, and the director of surgery at the Dres. Lima-Mejia Clinic of Plastic Surgery, where he practices privately. He is also a member of the Dominican Society of Plastic Surgery and the Ibero-Latin American Federation of Plastic Surgery (FILACP).
